Meditation and guided relaxation can loosen pelvic muscles which are too tight.
Relax pelvic floor muscles with yoga, warm baths etc.
Avoid constipation with sufficient fluid and fiber intake and regular exercises.
Cut down on caffeine, alcohol and artificial sweeteners.
Don’t smoke.
